We'll I'm officially living in Lynchburg, VA and loving it! I've completely redecorated Sean's apartment while he's living with Clint, his golf partner. We've already gone He's had youth camp in West Virginia on Snowshoe Mountain. Then we were off to Virginia Beach for the 4th of July to see Dave Matthews in concert. The time has been sweet getting to know each other. I love him dearly. The church has been super supportive and all the families have just invited me into their homes and lives. I am blessed to be here and have the Lord prepare both of our hearts for the time ahead.

I'm back in the States and readjusting to life. Please pray for me that my heart would be at peace and my mind would take some time to rest. I terribly miss many people from Croatia and look forward to seeing how God works in hearts while I'm not physically there.

This month has gone so fast! God has been faithful to open door after door. Can I tell you a story?
About 8 months ago the door was opened for me to coach a group of girls at a dance club. We've developed some of the best relationships I've ever had. We've shared our lives together and I've seen God work in my life and in their's. A litle over a month ago a cheerleader from America came over and put on a cheer camp for us. During this time Wendy, another girl on the Global Partner team here in Split, started helping. During that time she developed some relationships with the girls. In the last month has transitioned into my role as coach and will continue to pour into these girls her life, her time, and her heart. I'm blessed to know that all of God's plans are bigger than me! |
